1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Creating an Account

To create an account on gtcbos, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to hold only one account on gtcbos. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify gtcbos customer support immediately.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gtcbos operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require you to submit verification documents, which may include a copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a photograph of you holding your ID. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Refusal to provide verification documents will result in withdrawal processing delays and may lead to account closure.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

gtcbos reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, abusive behavior toward staff, or suspicious transactions. If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable processing fees.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gtcbos accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from an account or payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. Contact customer support for information on your specific limits.

5.3 Processing Time

Most deposits are processed instantly. In rare cases, bank processing delays may occur. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Deposit Fees

gtcbos does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete account verification (KYC). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet in your own name matching the name on your gtcbos account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and current processing volume. Bank transfers generally complete within 1-4 hours during banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are often instant but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

gtcbos does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, subject to a minimum fee of Rp 10,000 and maximum fee of Rp 100,000.

6.4 Turnover Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent the use of gtcbos as a money transfer service. If you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in total wagers before withdrawing. Deposits that receive a bonus may be subject to higher turnover requirements as specified in the bonus terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by gtcbos are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your account when you claim a bonus. It is your responsibility to read and understand bonus terms before accepting any offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements). For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements—typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

gtcbos reserves the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (opposite betting, low-risk betting), colluding with other players, or any other activity deemed unfair by gtcbos management.

7.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel Bonuses

gtcbos reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, and to exclude any player from participating in promotions for any reason.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on gtcbos are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming your wager. gtcbos is not responsible for errors in bet placement caused by user error, technical issues, or misunderstandings.

8.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting (football, basketball, tennis, and other sports), all bets are settled according to the official result at the end of the match or event, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward settlement unless explicitly stated. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is resumed and completed within 48 hours.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and verified by video recording. In the event of a dispute, the video recording is considered the final authority. Technical disconnections during live games are handled according to the specific game provider's rules, which are available in each game's help section.

8.4 Slots and RNG Games

Slot machines and other Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified random algorithms to determine outcomes. Each spin or game round is independent and not influenced by previous results. 9. Prohibited Activities
